We require a friendly and enthusiastic individual to join a highly motivated, dedicated team of Floater/ Housekeeper based at the Warneford Hospital but covering all wards and departments within the Hospital.

This role adds to the patient's experience by providing a high-quality cleaning and catering service. The aim will be to ensure a clean safe environment and catering provision for clients, of which in-house training will be provided.

If you have a proven track record of being able to deliver a high-quality cleaning service, this could be the role for you, and we want to hear from you!

The successful candidate needs to be a team player who will be flexible and reliable, with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Posts involve shift working including lates, earlies, weekends, and bank holidays over a rolling rota, whereby weekend and banks holidays are paid at an enhanced rate.

Opportunities for extra hours may also be available so flexibility is required.

  • New starters have a 6 month probationary period. This, together with the induction process aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale.
