    The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills:
    • The right candidate must have an uncontainable passion for IT, love new technologies, enjoy using the telephone and get a thrill from helping others with IT issues
    • Excellent analytical/problem solving skills, as well a good attention to detail
    • An ability to think laterally and question a situation before escalating the query would also be an advantage
    • An outgoing personality
    • Great telephone manner
    • Excellent English written & verbal skills
    • A proven ability to learn quickly

    Personal qualities

    If you have a valid driving license and are willing to travel to customer sites occasionally, it'd be greatly desirable.

    Desired qualifications

    • A-Levels in ICT/Business/Computing
    • Or an Apprenticeship in a similar subject (this must be at least the level below the planned programme)
    • Or an International Baccalaureate at level 3 in ICT
    • Or a BTEC Extended Diploma in IT (180 credits)
    • For any City and Guilds programmes, the learner must be 18 on the first day of their apprenticeship
