An exciting opportunity has arisen for two full time consultant Geriatricians to join the Consultant Geriatrician and Multidisciplinary team at Manchester Royal Infirmary. You will be part of the wider Inpatient Medical Specialties Clinical Service Unit at MRI which includes the specialties of Respiratory, Haematology, Care of Elderly, Palliative Care and the Department of Medicine.

We would be supportive and open to Geriatrician applicants with specialist knowledge and interest in one of the following specialties; General Surgery, Cardiology, Vascular, Stroke, Major Trauma, Acute Medicine and Frailty.

Committed to working with dignity and respect, you will have a broad-based expertise in Geriatric Medicine, General (Internal) Medicine and your relevant specialist interest. You will be joining a team of highly motivated Consultants in Geriatric Medicine and depending on the interest and experience of the successful candidate there will be the opportunity to be involved in other sub-speciality areas of interest.
