Are you an experienced senior sales professional with previous experience in the Apprenticeships market? Are you productive and driven looking for a new challenge where you can develop yourself?

I am looking for an experienced sales professional to join my clients Marketing and Engagement team as a Senior Learning and Development Representative. My client is a training provider in the technical and digital market sector so you will have experience in L3,4,5,6 Apprenticeships Engagement.

You will play a central role in achieving company aims by helping generate awareness and interest amongst carefully chosen employers, working with them to evaluate their company's learning and development needs. You will have strong sales skills with a proven track record of developing relationships.

Main duties???

* Grow a pipeline of local clients/employers and develop strong relationships.

* Engage in outbound prospecting activities to secure meaningful contacts, engaging with decision makers mainly via telephone or video conference, also utilising social media (mainly LinkedIn), networking and email

* Networking in your local area to develop strong local relationships.

* Support employers in your region as the first point of contact to deliver effective account management and maximise business opportunities.

* Support the development of strong working relationships with key stakeholder organisations including Local Authorities, Local Enterprise Partnerships, Provider Networks, Growth Hubs, Chambers of Commerce etc.

* Negotiating an effective training partnership with your clients.

* Screening apprentices coming through the process to recognise strong options for you clients and assess learner eligibility.

* Match and submit high quality apprentice candidates to employer partners when applicable for interview.

* Keep in regular contact with all allocated accounts and relevant internal colleagues.

* Build your pipeline of carefully chosen, ideal prospect employers / partners based on the programmes they offer and their industry / market / value requirements

* Conduct training needs analysis for existing staff members and choose the right apprenticeship programme for each account/employer.

* Develop stronger relationships with accounts.

* Work in partnership and leverage joint opportunities such as larger scale training and coaching programmes and PR opportunities.

Skills and experience???

* B2B solutions focused sales experience, with a focus on the inputs of sales interactions and driving toward positive outcomes.

* Proven Professional in the field with a recent and confidence inspiring track record ie with evidence of a recent track record in L3,4,5,6 Apprenticeships Engagement

* Strong account management and relationship building skills.

* Influencing and negotiation ability in a sales environment

* A keen understanding on the need to engage only high-quality employer partners and learners to ensure successful completion of coaching programmes

* Strong administration skills
