The HR Operations Team at HEE are looking for a new team member to join our high performing Sheffield based team after an internal promotion. The successful candidate will provide an effective and efficient service to HEE for all staff groups across HEE, ensuring that all information leaving the department is to quality standards and in line with HEE's policies and procedures.

You will provide a professional and effective customer focused service, administering the HR processes across the team, maintaining efficient systems and processes accurately. You will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and able to work at pace. You will work with a full range of external and internal stakeholders including the HR&OD Team, HEE employees and managers, payroll, and third-party suppliers.

Working in our centralised HR Operations Team, the post holder will be responsible for the administration of our Recruitment and Reward activities including job evaluation, establishment control, the administration of our employee benefit package and undertake all transactional activity on our recruitment system TRAC to support HEE recruitment & resourcing activity, ensuring that an excellent service is offered to managers and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle; that all documentation issued is accurate and of a high quality.

The selection process will be in two stages.
  • Stage one will be telephone interviews & an online assessment taking place on either 9th or 10th February 2021. Interview sessions will be available on both dates.
  • Those successful at the first stage will be invited to a video interview on either 15th or 16th February 2021. Interview sessions will be available on both dates.

  • Due to the current situation in the UK, our teams are currently working remotely. We are monitoring the situation and will provide a virtual induction if we are still working remotely.

    Applicants will commence at the bottom of Band 3 with a full-time starting salary of £19,737 with a pay step increase after 2 years' service.

    These salaries are offered in accordance with NHS Terms and Conditions and the HEE Pay Progression Policy and are subject to annual cost of living review.
