What will the apprentice be doing?
To deliver an efficient and effective proactive, customer driven corporate Anti-Fraud service, the key aim of which is to ensure that the Council is protected from making payments on fraudulent or otherwise defective applications in respect of any Council service.
You will be trained and coached for visiting clients in their homes, gathering information, interviewing to PACE requirements, preparing cases for criminal prosecutions, keeping records of your investigation and writing reports

Level 4 Counter Fraud Investigator Apprenticeship Standard

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The offer is for a 2 year fixed term contract with the opportunity to convert to a permanent contract if there is a role available at the end of the apprenticeship period.
