Milton Keynes University Hospital is opening its new Cancer Centre at the end of this year and we are calling on all band 5 staff nurses that have an interest in working with patients on a cancer pathway to come and join our team.

We are keen to see applications from all interested nurses either currently working within a cancer environment, who have chemotherapy experience or are interested in developing in this area as full training will be provided.

We are looking for registered nurses with a genuine interest in delivering cancer care and chemotherapy treatments to support our patients and families going through this unique journey. In turn we will fund and support training to enable you to obtain the delivery of chemotherapy module alongside enhancing competencies in supporting patients and their families holistic needs, symptom support, line care and support and care of the cancer patient. The successful candidates will spend time rotating within the cancer centre between the chemotherapy Suite and the Haematology/Oncology Ward working alongside a very dedicated team of doctors and nurse supporting patients living with and beyond cancer.
