The Training and Development Team require a dynamic, motivated and committed training advisor to become part of the apprenticeship delivery team.

The individual will be expected:

To provide training, teaching and support to staff / learners and drive the internal quality assurance of their allocated assessors to ensure all learners achieve in a timely manner.

To effectively assess learners' performance, knowledge and understanding against the national occupational standards.

To make a pro-active contribution to the quality assurance and improvement processes as required by the Awarding Organisations, End point assessment organisations and Ofsted.

To teach and support the teaching delivery and evaluation of training programmes.

To manage a cohort of learners and assessors to achieve key performance targets in relation to and not limited to: retention, achievement and timely success rates.
