    An Apprentice HLA Engineer would be working towards and know the following.

    • Eager to learn and ability to dig into technical problems in its own areas, at the same time maintain a overview on system, software and baggage behaviour
    • Has very good analytical skills and is able to think outside the box
    • Interest in user support environment, business systems
    • Interested in unix environments- including (batch) scripting and toolsets
    • Experience in Windows Ms Excel, Word, Outlook or Lotus Notes
    • Interested in working with Msaccess, SQL Server and Oracle environments (Application Server)
    • Knowledge of IT infrastructure (e.g. network, technology, protocol, hardware load-balancer, switches/routers, server, client and SAN)
    • Interested in SQL query language (carry out SQL extracts into Excel)
    • Interested in manipulation and extracting log files and information from several sources
