Come and work as part of a team providing high quality and compassionate care to individuals.

As a Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) you will provide hands on care to patients, including supporting the Registered Nurses and the wider clinical team on the wards. HCAs support personal care, meal times and helping to make a person's stay in hospital a better experience.

You will carry out well-defined routine clinical duties like monitoring an individual's conditions (by checking things like blood pressure, temperature or weight), checking on their overall progress, comfort and wellbeing.

We are seeking both experienced HCA and carers to join our teams and develop your skills further in an acute hospital setting, perhaps looking to further your career in Health & Social care.

We are also seeking caring and compassionate individuals who perhaps have no experience in a healthcare setting but want to make a difference and are willing to show commitment and dedication to developing the required knowledge and skills to become a Health Care Assistant. If this is you we are committed to supporting you through the Apprenticeship route, undertaking a Health and Social Care NVQ level2.

We offer flexible working so are open to offering both full and part time hours, to support our 24 hours, seven day service.

Depending on the classification of the post, in-line with DBS guidelines, a Standard or Enhanced disclosure will be required which may include a check of the 'Vulnerable Adults List', the 'Children's List' and/or the Independent Safeguarding Authorities (ISA's) barred lists.

A charge of £60 (Enhanced) will be made by the successful candidate which will be deducted from the first 3 months' salary. In addition to this, you will also be required to re-pay any future costs that may arise in relation to DBS fees.
