Mid and South Essex Training Hub are seeking to appoint a motivated and skilled Project Support Officer to join the Primary Care Training Hub / ICS Workforce Team.

The Training Hub is the lead for Primary Care Workforce across the Mid and South Essex Health and Care Partnership (HCP), hosted by Castle Point and Rochford Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).

This is an exciting opportunity to support workforce expansion within mid and south Essex Primary Care Networks (PCNs), and the wider Integrated Care System (ICS), against key priorities of the People Plan. The successful candidate will work on a range of projects to support developing future pipeline supply, upskilling and developing the existing workforce, increasing placement capacity and making natural links with current priorities such as apprenticeship opportunities. The post holder will support the Primary Care Training Hub / ICS Workforce Team to deliever on key projects and initiaitives, working with partners and stakeholders across the partnership footprint to ensure projects are delivered and implemented effectively.

The successful candidate will have strong coordination, communication and organisation skills, a flair for innovation and demonstrable project management skills.

This is a fixed term / secondment opportunity for 1 year.
