£19,737 to £21,142 p.a. pro rata

We are the NHS and we're recruiting now, we have multiple opportunities for individuals with previous care experience to join our Trust as a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant.

In this role you're likely to be based in one of our Mental Health teams across the county. Three job descriptions are attached for further information.

To be considered for these roles you will need:
  • Previous experience delivering care to patients
  • A genuine interest in providing care to our community
  • A Care Certificate
  • Experience of working within a constantly changing environment (in any sector)
  • Ability to follow instructions and use initiative within sphere of responsibility
  • Good communication skills including being literate and numerate in English
  • To be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable

Preceptorship for Newly Qualified Staff - The Trust offers a preceptorship year for newly qualified nurses and AHP's and attendance at preceptorship programmes is a condition of employment.
