As a Leadership & Management Assessor within Virgin, you'll join a team who are focused on delivering impeccable quality apprenticeship programmes to all our learners and employers. We strive for continuous improvement using technology and innovation to really make our assessor, apprentice and ultimately service users feel the difference.

Your days will be varied and task-orientated with a focus of the learners learning journey and successful end point assessment. Your key role and responsibilities include managing a caseload of learners, coaching them through their apprenticeship standard and assessing against any added qualifications. You will work with your programme lead to ensure the programme remains current and fit for purpose, as well as your IQA to ensure quality and assessment meet awarding organisation requirements. The role is remote where you can work from home or access one of our national hubs/offices when required.

You will have a current assessor qualification and supporting occupational CPD with a successful track record of delivering work-based learning. Experience of delivering in a virtual environment and using a digital portfolio is also desirable.
