Who you’ll be working with

A performance analyst conducts analysis. They develop performance measurement frameworks – KPIs, goals, user needs, benefits – and analyse the performance of a service or product against these, adapting their approach and framework appropriately and in line with any changes.

Match our innovative designers’ passion for collaboration – both with each other and their clients – and you’ll enjoy scaling private and public sector technology challenges. As part of a team where creativity and ingenuity aren’t just welcomed, but expected

The Focus of Your Role

Inform the iterative design of the service or product in order to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and accuracy.
Make sure data and analysis is of high quality and accuracy, and work with a variety of qualitative and quantitative data.

Work with project teams to procure, implement and validate appropriate analytics tools against identified performance measurement frameworks.
Analyse data and use this analysis to create compelling evidence-based and actionable data stories to share with stakeholders to drive decisions

Everything you do will be valued by our designers and developers, and help to create the best end-to-end experience for users, regardless of their device or their skill level. Ultimately, you’ll help ensure the information they receive is timely, appropriate and, most importantly, understandable.

  What you’ll do

  • You’ll be responsible for the performance analysis in your given area and help the project team measure and assess outcomes: for example, what good looks like and how it will be measured
  • You’ll be able to create a performance measurement framework for a project with the wider team, including identifying reporting requirements and relevant tools
  • You’ll be responsible for the accuracy and quality of data and analysis, how that data is used and shared within your team and with wider stakeholder groups
  • You’ll support others to understand and interpret data throughout the product and content life cycles.
  • You’ll collaborate with other digital and analytical professions, especially user researchers, to provide collective insights.
  • You’ll possess strong communications skills, ability to build and maintain good client relationships, a flexible approach, ability to work under own initiative and attention to detail.
  • You’ll engage with, and actively contribute to, the performance analysis community, building strong relationships that enhance our team’s effectiveness

  What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s degree and passion for technology’s unlimited potential and ability to engage with people.
  • A love of learning that means you’ll make the most of this growing form of technology to develop your skills in parallel with the needs of your clients.
  • Impressive problem-solving capabilities.
  • UK residency for the last five years with no more than six months out of the country (in order to meet security clearance requirements).
