Advertisement for Practice Manager

GP Practice/Business Manager - Bradford, West Yorkshire

Salary : £40-45,000 pa depending on experience

Job Type : Permanent

Do you want to make a difference? We are a long established medical practice with 7,000 patients looking for a full time practice manager with finance, HR, leadership and management skills to support the partners in leading and further developing the practice.

We cover a mixed but largely inner city deprived area with a multi-ethnic population. The practice is patient focused, a teaching and training practice, with a strong ethos of clinical excellence. We have a new purpose built premises with room for further expansion. We have a 'good' CQC rating.

You will be working with four clinical partners to manage the day to day running of the practice, with the support of the assistant manager. You will also be responsible for business and finance planning and contributing to the ongoing development of the Primary Care Network.

Experience of working in the NHS is desirable but not essential.
