You will be joining our implementation team; a friendly bunch that will help you settle in and learn all about the business, the way we work and the values we cherish. It's a great time to come on board too, lots of exciting plans for change and improvement.

We are looking for a creative, dedicated and driven apprentice who is keen to gain some real world experience. You will be responsible for managing website projects that includes sourcing and adding engaging visual content.

We are a small (50 staff) well established recruitment services/technology company who love to wow our customers! We provide our customers with a recruitment software solution that includes a jobs page for candidates to apply via. We are now looking to expand our offering in this area to be able to provide multi-page careers websites with engaging content to our customers.

Here's what you'll be doing, but don't worry we don't expect you to be able to do all this day one. This is a role you will grow into and be supported by your colleagues and training:

* Taking responsibility for the design of each client's careers site project.

* Liaising with our customers to source all relevant content material, including imagery, and to ensure all graphics adhere to brand identity guidelines.

* Researching other careers sites, championing design innovation and clearly demonstrating how we can improve our offering.

What we'd love you to bring to us:

* Good communication skills for producing high quality content

* Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

* Eager and willing to learn new skills

* Able to work to deadlines

* Good attention to detail

It would be great but not essential if you had the following:

* Website editing skills (Wordpress, WIX, etc)

* Experience of using Adobe Suites (Photoshop, InDesign etc.) or other design tools

Educational qualifications:

* GCSE Maths and English Grade A-C/9-4 or equivalent

* GCSE Art, Media Studies or IT Communications would be advantageous

Training to be provided:

* Level 3 Junior Content Producer

* Level 2 Functional Skills in Maths and English (if required)

Future Prospects:

Many of our team started out as apprentices and have now developed into more senior roles. We anticipate an ongoing need in this area and the role will grow and develop so we hope that the apprentice we hire will want to continue on into a permanent position with us.

Salary: GBP9,620 per annum basic

Benefits: 23 days holiday. Free onsite parking, bright and cheerful offices in a lovely converted barn, pool table, more filter coffee than you can drink, beer o'clock on a Friday afternoon.

Please note: We are currently all working remotely but look forward to getting back into our office soon. You will need to live very local or be able to drive as there is no public transport to our head office location
