Due to their continued success, Acorn Energy are looking to expand and are seeking to hire two Energy Consultant's.
Primarily, the role will involve making telephone calls to potential customers across the UK. You will be expected to present the products and services to clients in a positive and professional manner showing a sound understanding of the business energy market.
* Contact B2B leads, selling to prospective clients
* Arrange gas, electricity and water contracts for new clients
* Follow up existing client's renewals
* Provide excellent customer service to existing and new customers
* Achieve and exceed realistic sales targets
* To represent our company in a professional and courteous manner
Desired skills
* Strong communication skills
* Good organisational skills
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Strong telephone manner
* Experienced with Microsoft packages (Word, Excel etc)
* Familiar with Outlook
Personal qualities
* Ambitious individual with a strong and committed focus to reaching targets and achieving personal goals
* Willing to learn as well someone who is confident with speaking with prospects and customers over the phone
* Charismatic, professional and has big ambitions for their career and self-development
Desired qualifications
* GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including Maths and / or English

Acorn Energy help a range of businesses with the energy procurement, including care homes, restaurants and bars, football stadiums, manufacturers and many more.
Established in 2015, Acorn Energy has built up a strong client base and is now looking for two apprentices to assist with increasing the company customer base and to have a big influence on the company growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to learn from an experienced sales coach and industry professional, work towards a respected qualification whilst learning the art of sales as well as learning how to carry out excellent customer service.
Future Prospects
As well as gaining a nationally recognised qualification and having the opportunity to take the first steps in your career, after completing your qualification there may be an opportunity to progress on to the Level 3 Customer Service Specialist training programme on successful completion of the Level 2, alongside the opportunity to gain a permanent position
