What will the apprentice be doing?
•Provide reliable effective recycling plans&risk assessment for the Biosolids Recycling team including extensive field walking&land mapping
•Identify improvements for processes
•Act as an ST ambassador to internal&external stakeholders
•Create a network of customers providing agricultural advice
•Use technical abilities to complete specialist compliance tasks (issuing authorisations, review ST&contractor compliance, policies&procedures, sludge use&other relevant legislation/codes of practice
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Your apprenticeship will allow you to develop the skills&experience you'll require to become an expert Farming Liaison Officer within our Bioresources teams
During this time, you'll combine on-the-job learning with formal, nationally recognised development training to gain your level 6 degree Agriculture Professional Advisor apprenticeship.
A Personal Development Plan will help drive your career progression, set, agreed & regularly reviewed with your line manager.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of your training, as long as you pass your end point assessment and have met your performance targets throughout your Apprenticeship, you will be offered an opportunity in a permanent role with us.
