What will the apprentice be doing?
Sustainability is one of the EU Fashion team's "Big 6" initiatives for this year and we are looking for someone who will help lead both the delivery of the short/ medium term plans and also work with the sustainability team to define and deliver the longer term strategy.
The successful individual will work with a broad set of stakeholders including internal teams such as WW Sustainability, vendor managers and account managers as well as external stakeholders such as selling partners.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will gain unique knowledge, skills and leadership behaviours to manage the social, legal and environmental implications of your project.
While working towards Level 6 Project Manager Degree apprenticeship standard
Gain International Project Management Association (IPMA) Level D or equivalent in the process. You will attend-
· Classroom based training to cover knowledge
· On-the-job training
· Online learning
· Mentoring from our team members
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On successful completion will you receive invaluable learning, development and professional experience, you will also gain a International Project Management Association (IPMA) Level D or equivalent along with a L6 apprenticeship. Alongside extensive development of your technical skills, you will also grow your abilities in crucial complementary areas like organization, prioritization, data analysis and problem solving, presentation skills. You will then be ready to apply for roles in Amazon across the globe
