What will the apprentice be doing?
You will gain knowledge, skills and behaviours while working as HR Regional Partner(HRP).You will learn to be seen as trusted advisor and subject matter expert, offering a knowledgeable and compelling point of view. You will collaborate with other key stakeholders such as Compensation and Benefits and Talent Acquisition, as well as business leaders. A key area of focus for the HRP team is to drive manager education on important people programs, policies, tools and processes, enabling them to become more self-sufficient, as appropriate.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You'll gain a vast range of useful experiences and skills. You will work towards the HR Consultant L5 apprenticeship standard and also gain a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management & CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management over a 24 month period, starting in September, which will help you develop personally and professionally.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On successful completion will you receive invaluable learning, development and professional experience, you will also gain a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resource Management & CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Diploma in Human Resource Management. You will then be ready to apply for roles in Amazon across the globe.
