Merchandising Assistant Apprentice

What will the apprentice be doing?

We are looking for an exceptionally talented, bright and driven person to join us. As a Merchandising Assistant, you will collate, distribute and analyse sales and performance reports, identifying trends, trading patterns and highlighting anomalies. You will develop new reporting tools and identify business opportunities across selection and layout; communicating and escalating findings appropriately whilst working towards the Merchandising pathway of the Buying and Merchandising level-4 apprenticeship standard

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will build your skills over an 24 month period and develop personally and professionally. You will attend sessions to cover 4 main areas;
· Classroom based training to cover knowledge,
· On-the-job training ,
· Online learning,
· Mentoring from our human resources experts.

Alongside extensive development of your technical skills, you will also grow your abilities in crucial complementary areas like organization, prioritization, data analysis and problem solving techniques, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

On successful completion will you receive invaluable learning, development and professional experience, you will also gain a Buying and Merchandising level 4 apprenticeship and you will then be ready to apply for roles in Amazon across the globe.

Qualifications

GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C/4) Essential
A Level or equivalent 2 A levels (Grade C or Above) Desired
