INGENIA is a vibrant family business established for over 45 years and we are looking for a IT & Technical Customer Support Apprentice to join our team based in Yate, Bristol. 

This would involve being trained up to be able to offer support to our customers for our range of ID Card Printers from Entrust. This will be a reactive role once fully trained up to respond to customer queries, also would involve being trained up to offer IT and Technical support for the software that accompanies this printer. The latter would involve managing user access permissions, producing reports of usage for billing, and assist any customers with first line technical or support issues. 

Our supplier/manufacturer (Entrust), would offer comprehensive training for this product, and the apprentice would only need to provide first line support and would be able to escalate any issues to the manufacturer (supplier) if too comprehensive. 

As a secondary role we would like this candidate to shadow our IT developer to be able to update and enhance our website, for us to be confident in the candidate’s abilities they ideally need to have some experience in coding and or development of existing websites on Magento.
