1. Key Roles and Responsibilities: –
- Processing all data utilising a range of systems (EBS/MAYTAS/CRM)
- Enrolment form- filling, processing and completion to meet the primes expectations and audit requirements
- Managing the data to ensure all learners are registered and enrolled onto the management information systems
- Ensuring compliance in line with the Data Protection Act 1998
- Commercial course bookings, payments and registrations
- Main contact for all telephone and email enquiries
- Reception Duties – meeting and greeting all learners and guests to site
- General Administration – filing, photocopying, emailing, data storage and input
- Portfolio set up for all training advisors
- Meet and greet all guests to site
- Manage the diary systems for the management team, holidays and room booking
- Monitor and maintain all stationary supplies
- Order/store resources for commercial courses and apprenticeships
- Registration enrolment review and completion compliance audit
- To use every opportunity to network and promote Seren Skills Network
- Actively engage in the planning and delivery of promotional events and career guidance activities
- Liaise with all Cardiff and Vale College stakeholders when necessary to maximise efficiency
- To undertake any other duties required in the delivery of the role or reasonably requested by the Managing Director
- The role will flexibly be seconded to support the delivery of key contract performance as and when required at the discretion of the business

3. Qualifications and Experience
Essential: –
- Minimum of two years’ experience within the education sector
- Background in Administration services and processes
- IT literate with intermediate IT skills
- Administration qualification at level 2 or working towards
Desired: –
- Experience of FE/Training sector databases – MIS/Awarding organisation’s
- Understanding of education
- Degree in Business Administration
- Apprenticeship process awareness
