You will be working closely with other members of the Analytical Teams to assist the delivery of regular reporting to our large client base. You will also assist the helpdesk to answer customers' questions on the contents of their reports, both on the phone and via email.
You will be fanatical about detail and providing excellent service to our clients.
It is likely that the successful individual will be a highly numerate and have excellent customer service skills. Attitude is more important than experience as full training will be provided on the reporting packages and analytical techniques used.

Main duties:
- Assist the delivery of regular reporting
- Keep the report distribution lists up to date
- Carry out data manipulation and generate ad-hoc reports using various software
- Answer customer queries regarding data and reports
- Work closely with the other teams and clients to ensure that all reporting requirements are being met
- Assist with data quality checking and cleansing
- Perform database queries, both routine and ad-hoc, extracting data for analysis
- Provide basic administrative support for members of the department

- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Data interpretation & explanation

- Ability to self-manage workload and work to deadlines
- Experience of working in a retail environment would be an advantage, but not essential

- GCSE B/5 or above in maths or equivalent
- GCSE C/4 or above in English or equivalent
