- To reconcile supplier statements, request outstanding invoices and deal with problems on invoices
- To prepare customer statements and e mail as requested
- To chase payments from customers and report updates to the Credit Controller
- To match good receipts to invoices, dealing with all price queries etc
- Entering invoices on the SAP system
- Filing invoices and pulling invoices after the payment run
- Monthly intrastat
- Enter MRO invoices and distribute them to the relevant responsible person
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Keep customer addresses up to date
- Undertake general office administration and such other duties as may be deemed necessary for the role

- The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner
- Experience of using Microsoft Office
- Desired:Use of SAP or other databases
- To be literate in IT office-based software packages (Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Numerate in dealing with numbers
- Able to process data in an efficient and timely manner whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- Will display excellent customer service skills
- Is thorough, precise and shows excellent attention to detail
