What will the apprentice be doing?
As a Project Management Degree Apprentice in our Bridges team, based in Birmingham, your role will include learning how to take responsibility for scheme delivery. The role supports effective decision-making whilst promoting a culture of partnership and collaboration. It's a crucial function of the role to create and maintain good relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders to support the smooth delivery of each project.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will enrol with Projcon, a subsidiary of London Metropolitan College, to study a Project management degree apprenticeship. You will also be enrolled onto a bespoke internal development scheme to support you to attain the knowledge, skills and behaviour to achieve your apprenticeship.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
As this is a permanent position, after gaining your degree, WSP will continue to be committed to your learning and development throughout your career with us. You will have the opportunity to work towards Chartered status, as well as the chance to study towards a Masters.

BTEC or equivalent Ext L3 Civil Engineering including further maths (Grade DDM or above) Desired
