What will the apprentice be doing?
As a Project Manager Practice Apprentice you will be:
•Supporting delivery teams, programmes & portfolios through a range of important central administrative & financial processes
•Supporting colleagues with coaching & upskilling project teams in a range of best practice processes
•Supporting the delivery of standards, processes, frameworks & templates through Agile (Scrum) methodologies
•Develop knowledge to provide rich and detailed insight through a suite of management information reports
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Combining on-the-job learning with formal, nationally recognised development training to gain your Level 6 degree apprenticeship, on successful completion, apprentices are eligible to become full members of Association for Project Management (APM), the Chartered Body for the Project Profession.
You'll regularly review your personal development plan with your line manager.
With responsibilities & support from Day 1 you'll be able to self-manage & ensure the effective delivery of projects
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of your training, as long as you pass your end point assessment and have met your performance targets throughout your Apprenticeship, you will be offered an opportunity in a permanent role with us.

GCSE or equivalent x5 GCSE's including Maths and English (Grade Grade 4 or above) Essential
A Level or equivalent At least 3 levels, in any subject (Grade Grade C or above) Essential
