Agenda Resource Management are really excited to be recruiting an Apprentice to join our team working on both internal projects for Agenda's recruitment, screening, and marketing divisions, as well as marketing agency services for clients.
If you are passionate about delivering creative content and would like to develop your skills within a dynamic team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role is 37.5 hours per week, with one day per working week dedicated to college work, this day is flexible and can be delivered online via Teams and/or in the workplace.
Basic Requirements:
* Desire and willingness to undergo Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship
* Minimum of 4 GCSEs including Mathematics & English
* Knowledge of Adobe programmes
* Knowledge of all social media platforms and Hootsuite is preferential but training in these areas will be provided
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Attention to detail and good organisation skills
* Good telephone manner
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office applications
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Content creation for both Agenda and its clients across relevant channels
* Assisting in the creation and production of digital, print and video content for all divisions including graphic design
* Coordination, reporting and monitoring of company's social media channels to ensure effective performance, supported by the Marketing Executive
* Assist with the campaign management for each division in collaboration with the core marketing team and internal department
* Supporting the sales team with client pitches, assisting with the creation of PowerPoints, tenders/proposals and document updates where required
* Sharing ideas for new content and videos for the company newsletters
* Researching Agenda's competitors to ensure that we are well placed within the industry
* Assisting our Publications Specialist with creating Agenda's four print publications, this will include creating artwork for clients and Agenda, media quotations and order acknowledgements, proofing when required and adherence to ISO procedures and processes
* Standardisation of company material
* Proofreading documentation when required

Although there may be some remote working from home in light of the current climate, initial training and your position in the long term will be based in the office. As we are located rurally in East Yorkshire and are not close to any public transport links, a driving licence and your own vehicle are essential.
