Typical work activities:
* Setting up new clients on our network of job boards and posting system (Idibu)
* Collating the data for the Client Services Executive to produce the weekly / monthly credit tracking reports
* Collect data from the job boards to produce weekly applicant statistic reports for clients
* Requesting jobs to be removed from the job boards and sending end of campaign emails to clients
* Obtaining additional job board prices
* Scheduling and sending out technical tests to candidates
* Ad hoc client administrative projects such as scheduling interviews
* Support Client Service Executives with ad-hoc requests
What we'd love you to bring to us:
* Highly computer literate preferably with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
* High attention to detail
* Efficient, fast working and quick thinking
It would be great but not essential if you had the following:
* Previous administration experience
* Previous experience working with Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. Salesforce)
* Previous customer service experience
Future prospects
Many of our team started out as apprentices and graduates and have now developed into more senior roles. We hope that the apprentice we hire will want to continue with us into a permanent position.

Please note: We are currently all working remotely but look forward to getting back into our office soon. You'll need to live very local or be able to drive as there's no public transport to our head office location. There may also be some travel required to your apprenticeship setting
