School Website, App and Marketing provider, Smart School Websites, are preparing for growth in 2021.
Based in the Faverdale office in Darlington, an exciting position has been identified for a Customer Service Apprenticeship. You will liaise with existing and new clients by assisting with sales enquiries.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Business to Business Telesales (B2B)
* Identifying new business leads
* General Admin duties, using internal databases & Microsoft Office.
* Identifying, screening, and placing suitable candidates
* Servicing clients, taking enquiries & orders
Desired skills:
* An understanding of office 365
Desired personal qualities:
* We are looking for people to join our team who have strong communication skills, on the telephone & face to face.
* Confident speaking to others
* Articulate
* Willing to learn.
* Career driven.
* Preferably interested in sales
Candidate will work towards completing a Level 3 Customer Service Specialist qualification.
Future prospects / progression path:
Permanent role on completion & full training. Can progress to Recruitment or Training Consultant.
There is parking available and bus routes from Darlington town centre.
Benefits - Commission scheme based on any new business acquired.
Working day - Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm
