Proactively sourcing new business through a variety of methods including telephone based sales, email, and clients meetings
Effectively growing your market area through account development and targeting new business
Managing and developing existing client relationships
Proactively sourcing, identifying and approaching candidates
Managing the interview processes for both clients and candidatesOur ideal candidate will also have the following,
Educated to degree level
Proven ability to work to targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Have a professional and confident telephone manner
Have a positive and enthusiastic personality with a desire to learn and develop
Hunger to succeed
