What will the apprentice be doing?
You'll be involved in the design and delivery of our projects from start to finish. We will teach you how to use tools such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modelling (BIM) to produce documentation for building and infrastructure projects and will learn further technical skills to develop engineering calculations and report writing.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
We will teach you how to use programmes such as Computer Aided Design (CAD) to produce drawings for building and infrastructure projects. You will learn technical skills such as civil engineering calculations and report writing.
At the end of your apprenticeship you'll achieve a BEng in Civil Engineering.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once completing your apprenticeship you will be awarded a BEng in Civil Engineering and may continue to specialise as a Structural Engineer or move into another discipline while working towards chartership with the Insititute of Civil Engineers.

A Level or equivalent Maths or Further Maths (Grade B) Essential
