We have an exciting opportunity for an Asset & Compliance Manager to join our Estates/Property team. This role is a based atThe London Clinic's head office in Central London (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations),with a competitive salary on offer up to £50,000. Job Description

As the Asset & Compliance Manager you will lead, manage, administer, instruct, all aspects of the Asset management across the Estate using the Concept computerized maintenance system.
  • Job Type:(Full Time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week)
  • Hours:Monday- Friday within the core hours of 9am - 5.30pm

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Ensure full compliance with all statutory regulations and contractual KPI/SLAs.
  • To provide technical advice and support for the Building services manager and Estates manager of the London Clinic.
  • Lead, plan, communicate and deliver agreed changes to improve performance to all sites.
  • Ensure all areas of the contract are compliant in line with legal requirements. Report on any areas of non-compliance and work with the Estates Manager and Building services Manager of the London clinic to produce and manage any required action plans


Skills & Experience
  • The successful candidates will have worked within the healthcare or hospital environment and will have strong a hard Service technical background with extremely good knowledge of concept evolution
  • Experience of a minimum of 2 years Hard services within healthcare or Hospitals
  • Previous experience in the Building services sector and a working knowledge of the operational activities and trade skills.
  • Hold a relevant formal qualification or have progressed through a relevant trade or be a member of a Professional Institution relating to M&E Building Services.
