About the opportunity... We are recruiting for a Property Administrator Apprentice to join our Property Management Team based at our Customer Support Centre in Walsall.

The Property Management Team is accountable for managing our stores across the UK and ROI working closely with the maintenance, IT, Finance, Retail and Management teams.

As a Property Administrator Apprentice, you will report into the Head of Portfolio Management. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team regarding new and existing properties.

Alongside this role, you will study an Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 3 for 12 -18 months.
What you'll be doing... Property Administrator Apprentice, your role will consist of:

Typing up meeting notes and actions
Updating reports, new store information packs and electronic property files.
Producing, printing and sending out property documents
Preparing, updating, pipeline, weekly spreadsheets and reports
Chasing and filing of daily paperwork from across the business on company systems

What you'll need...
Previous administration experience would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided via the Apprenticeship
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
Organised and self-motivated with the ability to organise others
Good attention to detail
Data entry skills
Resilient and ambitious to succeed and progress

Apprenticeship Information

The apprenticeship will typically take between 12 and 18 months to complete.

This apprenticeship standard is at Level 3, which is equivalent to 2 A-levels or a Level 3 Diploma.

Where a business administrator has not already achieved Level 2 English and Maths, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.

This level 3 apprenticeship training programme develops the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to develop, implement, maintain and improve administrative services. It also supports in your progression to management responsibilities and develops highly transferable skills that can be applied in all sectors.

You will cover modules such as:

Understanding your organisation
Professionalism and adaptability
IT and environmental factors
Business fundamentals
Quality and process improvement
Planning and decision making
Managing performance
Project Management
Regulations, policies and processes
Interpersonal skills and communication

Have a contract of employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week
Not be in any other form of government funded education or hold a relevant degree
