Apprentice Clerical Assistant

1 x 25 hours per week

1 x 22 hours per week

You will be required to work flexibly over seven days which includes weekends and Bank Holidays

Fixed term for 24 months

Cambridge Park is our Enhanced Recovery service which provides Rehabilitation and Re-ablement opportunities for adults in North East Lincolnshire. The service will promote faster recovery from illness, prevent unnecessary acute hospital admissions and premature admissions to long-term care, support timely discharge from hospital and maximise independent living wherever possible.

This is an exciting time to work within Cambridge Park and across the Intermediate Tier. We deliver short term interventions to support individuals to remain in a community or home setting, concentrating on crisis intervention, hospital and long term care avoidance and timely discharge from hospital. The focus of the Intermediate Tier is on the promotion of independence, re-ablement and health well-being.

You will provide clerical support and/or reception service ensuring the effective running of the administration service at Cambridge Park. You will carry out all duties in a safe manner having regard to the health and safety of self, colleagues, service users and visitors to Cambridge Park. Also, you will ensure that the environment meets the expectations and standards of the Care Plus Group and CQC, paying particular attention to infection control requirements.

For this role it is essential that you:
  • Have the motivation and commitment to work towards Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administration.
  • Are competent in the use of Microsoft Office.
  • Have effective communication and organisational skills.
  • Possess effective customer care skills.
