Due to an increase in customer projects, we are looking to bring in new talent to help support us in developing high quality solutions that meet our customer needs. Working in a small company means you will gain a broad experience in all areas of a software development company, so we are looking for someone who is self-motivated and flexible to support the business.

We are a fully remote team, so it is essential that you have a space at home where you are comfortable working throughout the day. Microsoft Teams is our "virtual office", where we communicate with each other, store project information and have regular team video check-insto discuss goals for the week, any issues or set-backs we have in our projects and to present our latest developments to each other.
There may belocal co-working flexibility when restrictions are lifted.

Option to evolve into a full Junior Developer role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
Responsibilities will include:
- QA/code testing
- Writing technical documentation
- Providing support to existing software products
- Support senior developers to build custom software
- Attend project meetings and bring ideas to the table
- Supporting with project management tasks
- Shadowing developers
- Small autonomous development projects as required

- The ability to manage your time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Confident speaking with other team members
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, C# or SQL
- Ability to pick up new technologies and learn quickly
Desirable but not essential:
- Evidence of a development project that you have participated in
- Knowledge in Microsoft Blazor
- An interest in digital marketing

Desired qualifications
- At least 5 GCSEs A*-C/9-5 including English and maths or equivalent
- IT qualification with an element of coding or an A level or equivalent in Computing or maths
