An exciting opportunity has arisen within NTW Solutions Limited, for the role of Maintenance Supervisor. The suitably experienced person will have served a recognised apprenticeship in either a building or engineering discipline, and ideally have experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams within an estates maintenance environment. The successful candidate will be familiar with CAFM systems which they will be expected to run performance reports from and be computer literate in excel and word.

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead the multi-disciplinary team undertaking Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance tasks to mechanical, electrical plant, equipment and services and grounds and gardens

A flexible approach and an ability to supervise and undertake works associated with other trades is required. You will be required to drive between sites and to participate in an emergency out of hours on call rota.

This vacancy will be based at the St. Nicholas Hospital and will also cover the surrounding community premises.
