- To provide a varied level of administration for organisation wide projects
- To work effectively with project and programme managers to deliver key activities, including updating plans, key documents and templates
- To minute take at team and other meetings
- Measure and report on project performance, identify any areas for review
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- To deliver key project and/or programme information and reports clearly and concisely via the most appropriate channel e.g. verbally, in writing, telephone, e-mail etc.
- To analyse and understand data, identify learning, and make recommendations
- Presenting this at various levels across the organisation, may also be required
- To maintain and assist with the setting up of a general electronic filing system within the projects you are working with
- Acting as a first point of contact, to respond to requests to the change team, primarily via email requests
- Attending relevant meetings and forums
- Supporting the team with the administration, record-keeping and communication across the projects and programmes the change team work on
- To co-ordinate operational requirements of projects & support Senior Management as required, e.g. making room bookings, travel arrangements, digital facilitation, etc
- To contribute to the development and implementation of change team projects

Desired qualifications
- Qualification in IT/Office administration desirable but not essential
