You'll need to be available to begin this 14-month apprenticeship inSeptember 2021and will complete aLevel 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship in partnership with a local college.

Deploy effective quality practices in their responsible area to ensure organisations fulfil the contractual and regulatory requirements of their customers and other stakeholders in the role of Quality assurance officer.

Your mission and responsibilities:
- Understand International Quality Standards and how they are applied to the organisation
- Effective use of Quality Systems including internal audits, risk assessments, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and Catsweb system to name a few.
- Support the Quality Operations team within the manufacturing environment through process improvements and CAPA support
- Learn and understand correct documentation control processes and procedures
- Effectively contribute and work with cross functional teams, support 5 S process, and comply with site Environmental, Health & Safety policy
- Develop an understanding of the key departments within Siemens Healthineers and work closely with other Point of Care sites.
- Gain a broad range of essential skills and knowledge including how to lead a meeting and manage a project

Desired qualifications
You must have:
- Educated to A Level standard of NVQ/BTEC or HNC
- Minimum of five GCSEs at A*- C / 9 - 5 (or equivalent) including maths and English
- Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
