We are looking for a highly motivated, approachable and tactful Apprentice Administrator for our Community teams in Adults Mental Health (AMH) in the Portsmouth area.

The successful candidate must be willing to work towards their Level 2 in Business Administration and will be supported through their Apprenticeship Programme.Having previous experience of working in a reception area or in an administrative role will be beneficial but is not a requirement and you will need to be a good communicator who is organised and works well in a team. Knowledge of Mental Health services would be preferable.

You will have a caring and courteous manner and enjoy working with and meeting people. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised and at peak times able to prioritise a varied workload. You will be working within the community team and working in liaison with clinicians, carers, patients and their families. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can work effectively using their own initiative.

Tier 2 Certificate of Sponsorship
