Inclusion, created in 2002 is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT).

We believe that the individuals and families who use our services should receive high quality, committed and inclusive services realising all the benefits a modern national NHS organisation can bring. To do this, we need a well trained and supported workforce and place significant investment in training and development opportunities. We have market-leading opportunities and terms and conditions.

We are proud to have dedicated, passionate and professional staff across our services. We employ a broad spectrum of roles to ensure we meet the needs of those we work with. This includes Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Allied Health Professionals, Psycho-social Workers, Peer Mentors and Volunteers.

There has never been a better time to join Inclusion (and the Trust); take a look at our Benefits Leaflet to see what else we can offer you.

The Trust works in partnership with the NHS programme 'Step into Health', supporting ex-service personnel into a career in the NHS.

Inclusion as part of an NHS Trust offers excellent career and development opportunities and the potential to really make a difference to our service users and the wider communities in which we serve.

We are currently recruiting for three B3 Apprentice Recovery Workers, each on a fixed term 21 month contract for 37.5 hours per week. There is some weekend and evening working involved, but this is on a rotational basis. Also, due to Covid 19 currently there is a requirement to be able to work from home as well as in the Service.

Each apprentice will be required to work across up to three sites during their contract in hubs located through Hampshire, so a willingness to travel will be essential.

The apprenticeship opportunity will lend itself to someone who is looking to work in a health and social care setting. It would suit someone who hasn't previously worked in this type of setting and is looking to start a career.

The apprenticeship aims for the successful candidates to receive high levels of mentorship, training and opportunities for experiential learning through the course. Alongside this learning and development, you will be required to successfully complete a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care with Eastleigh College.

Inclusion aims to combine public service values, which drive the most progressive elements within the NHS, with the commitment to tackling social exclusion shown by the best of the voluntary sector. We deliver a range of both criminal justice and community based drug and alcohol services across the country and IAPT services in the Wirral.

Inclusion, as part of the NHS offers staff first rate supervision, training and personal development programmes and an excellent pension scheme and occupational health services. If you are energised by our vision of an innovative NHS focused on tackling social exclusion and feel that you have the qualities to join our community based teams then come and discuss with us how our needs might match your aspirations.
