About you:

This is an exciting time to join Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. An interesting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Clinical Education Administrator within the Learning and Development Team. This busy role will include data inputting, training course administration, dealing with enquiries via telephone and email.

We are looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated individual to provide support within the team. You will have a professional approach, be a team worker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a pleasant telephone manner. Ideally, the successful applicant will be competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.

During your period of training as an administrative apprentice you will be assigned a learning mentor who will guide and support you through the training programme. On successful completion of the training programme you will achieve the a Level 2 in Business Administration, Functional Skills and recognition for attendance of multiple in-house training courses relating to information systems, Health & Safety, Mandatory Training and any other courses deemed relevant.

Professional and personal development opportunities will be available and it's a great way to start working for the NHS.

To complete an apprenticeship, applicants must meet the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding criteria. Eligibility will be checked as part of the pre-employment process. Examples of funding criteria include an indefinite right to remain in the UK, evidence of having resided in the UK for at least 3 years, the opportunity to undertake substantive new skills which are materially different from prior qualifications.
