We are seeking to offer a unique apprenticeship to someone who would like to work in a busy and dynamic team dedicated to making our organisation a better place to work. This is an opportunity to achieve a nationally recognised qualification at the same time working at the very heart of developing our people across our organisation. Whilst the role is based at NHS Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group, the successful candidate will in reality work primarily from their home during the foreseeable future. The successful candidate will have their own portfolio of work which will include supporting the Organisational Development and Learning (ODL) team as well as the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) lead which will allow for delivery of the NHS People Plan. In addition to this they will support the administration of all our work streams including Leadership and Management, Team Development, Staff Engagement and Health and Wellbeing. The role will involve liaising with staff across the organisation face to face and virtually, diary management, maintaining our course databases, intranet resources and any other innovations which are introduced. The role also requires the creating and distribution of publicity material and supporting the whole team administratively as required. You will be supported in your role by our friendly ODL and EDI team and associated NVQ provider.

In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £971 and a maximum payment of £1,682 per annum (pro rata where applicable). Please note this does not apply to VSM (Non Agenda for Change vacancies).
