At the NHS, we are reminded every day of how important life is. As a flexible working friendly organisation, we want to be sure that you can work in a way that is best for us and for our patients, and for you. Speak to us about how we might be able to accommodate a flexible working arrangement whether that's job share, part time or another flexible pattern. In addition, although the role advertised may have an 'home' office base indicated, we remain committed to supporting flexibility around workplace locations. If it works for the service, we will do our best to make it work for you.

Never has there been a better time to join CAMHS as a Team Manager. Due to recent investment and development of our teams we are creating new managerial positions. Instead of three community teams we are devolving into smaller teams. This means that the new managers will be able to focus more on planning the exciting future of our CAMHS vision, launching new projects, improving our services and being part of our journey to being an outstanding CAMHS Team.

You will be well supported in your career development. Some of our current managers are studying for Masters level qualifications and Apprenticeships in Leadership alongside their work. Our CAMHS Service prides itself on our compassionate leadership culture and Just Culture ethos.
