We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team in Coventry.

Job Summary:

Your role will be to assist the Professional Development Coaches in running of the Training Department including staffing, creating the course boards and ensuring the hundreds of trainers arrive in the correct locations at the correct time as well as other administration duties including creating webinars and learning IT systems to help with delivery.

Skills & Experience:

?? Ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of people

?? To be able to communicate effectively and clearly

?? Ability to work on own initiative

?? Attention to detail

Reports to: Professional Development Coach

Key Tasks:

?? Speak to Trainers to book them onto courses and assist in maintaining databases

?? Check workload documents and create boards for course staffing

?? Book in webinars and training sessions to assist in the running of the Training Department

?? Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls

?? General clerical duties including photocopying and mailing

?? Handle requests for information and data

?? Resolve administrative problems and inquiries

?? Maintain office supply inventories

?? Receive and respond to email messages

?? Attend events and campaign as necessary.

?? Develop reports as requested

?? Perform research as needed

?? Act as communication relay, making sure all parties receive necessary information and that this information is accurate

Education / Qualifications

?? Minimum GCSE English and Maths grade A-C/8-4 grade or equivalent Level 2 or higher
