Our client based in Littlehampton is looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprenticeship to help support the team and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Dealing with high call and email volumes and providing excellent customer service to our customers every time
Operating on multiple platforms in order to manage and update customer queries
Work proactively and collaboratively to ensure service standards are maintained and improved upon
Processing customer returns and damaged orders and raising claims with delivery partners
Contacting customers regarding negative feedback
Logging information on spreadsheets
Other typical clerical / administrative dutiesDesired skills
Excellent communication skills
Previous experience is a customer service role or similar role - desired
Good listening skills
Problem solving
Good telephone mannerPersonal qualities
A confident person who is able to speak with clients on a regular basis
Organised
Honest and reliable
Patient
Self-motivated
Desired qualifications
GCSE English and Math - minimum grade 4 / C (or equivalent)Prospects
