Due to continuing expansion we are looking for a reliable block property manager to join us in the Estate Management department as part of an established team of 5 property managers, along with an administrative assistant. Ideally, we would welcome someone who could hit the ground running and who has had previous experience in this field, but for the right candidate, full training would be given. The role would possibly suit a Property Manager from a Lettings background. Consideration would also be given to a trainee position.

The Role includes:
- Managing a portfolio of developments in the Horsham and surrounding areas
- Preparation of service charge budgets
- Management of Section 20 Consultations
- Regular communication with the Board of Directors and owners at each development managed
- Attendance at and chairing of AGM's (if required)
- Instructing works and liaising with contractors
- Signing off invoices for works authorised and completed
- Site inspections
- Preparation of LPE1's and FME1's

- A basic knowledge of building structure and building materials helpful but not essential

- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of Leases

- Use of Resident software desirable but not essential
