Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent Maths and English (Grade C/Level 4 or above) Essential
A Level or equivalent One your subjects will ideally be Maths/Economics (Grade 112 UCAS Points) Essential
- Maintain records of costs relative to labour, materials and sub-contractors
- Invoice & raise applications for payment
- Update the schedules of subcontractor invoices received against orders placed
- Keep records of all nominated subcontractors/specialist work valuations and certifications and payments
- Liaise with the Commercial Manager, Operations & Estimating teams in the preparation of monthly applications
- Update the cost plan
- Cash forecasting
- Report monthly subcontractors' liabilities
