IT Qualifications you will gain:
- Assisting with eliciting requirements from stakeholders to identify business and end-user needs and be involved with the stakeholder journey from analysis to testing.
- Assisting with translating user requirements into detailed business requirements, process models and top-level system designs
- Supporting with analysis and design of business process models to identify opportunities for redesign and improvement using contemporary modelling techniques and digital modelling tools
- Assisting with defining acceptance test criteria for business requirements specifications, change requests and new solutions
- Facilitating and supporting user testing of acceptance criteria
- Supporting with identifying data models within documented business processes and creating/revisingdata architecture design to illustrate how data is represented within a business system
- Assisting in identifying stakeholders impacted by a proposed change, understand their perspectives and assess how their interests are best managed
- Assisting in the management and controlled implementation / change of requirements

- Ability to demonstrate practical problem-solving abilities

- Commitment to a 15-18 month apprenticeship
- Confident andwell-developed verbal communication skills and the ability to elicit user requirements in detail
Desired qualifications
- Achieved a minimum of four GCSEs at grades A*-C (9-4) including maths and English Language
- Achieved a Level 3 qualification (BTEC, A-Levels or Level 3 Apprenticeship, for example) in a related subject or have equivalent experience and / or professional qualifications relating directly to business analysis
