- Study the Degree course on day release and in own time in order to achieve a successful outcome with qualification. Maintain a minimum 2.2 grade average and minimum attendance of >90%
- Application of learning in the workplace in order to demonstrate the learning and knowledge gained
- Through on the job and University learning develop their scientific knowledge, practical skills and the techniques required to become a professional Electronic Design Engineer
- Complete workplace projects in accordance with qualification requirements
- Attending regular monitoring review meetings with appointed training officer
- Applying a conscientious attitude in the workplace, contributing to both specific projects and the departmental goals and objectives
- Become familiar with and work safely with precision high voltage power conversion products and associated equipment
- Ensure familiarisation and adherence to the Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety management systems including workmanship standards, static handling precautions and high voltage control measures
- Responsibility for adhering to the Company's ISO 9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental and Health and Safety management systems
